Ingredients
2 tablespoons Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Nigella seeds
1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
1 large Potato, peeled and cut into strips
1 Green Pepper, cut into strips
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
Method
Heat the Oil in a Sauce Pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the Mustard seeds, Nigella seeds and Fennel seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add potatoes.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 5 minutes, until the potatoes are partially cooked.
Add Green peppers.
Add Coriander, Turmeric, and Salt.
Cook for 5 minutes, or until the Potato is tender and the Green Pepper is crunchy and not overcooked.
