Preparation time: 30 minutes
- 1 medium Potato, peeled and cut into medium chunks
- 1 grated Tomato and discard skin
- ¼ Cup peas, shelved
- 2 teaspoons Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ¾ teaspoon Coriander powder
- Heat the Ghee in a Sauce and over medium heat for a minute. Add Cumin seeds.
- Add Potato and peas, sauté, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes
- Add Tomato, and cook for 2 minutes
- Add the Turmeric, Coriander powder and Salt.
- Add 2 ½ cups of Water and cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes; making sure the Potato and peas have softened
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Cilantro
