- Do not store broken mirrors and other items as well as non working gadgets in the building.
If you are the first occupant of a newly built building or occupying the building after it remained vacant for a long time, keep a bucket of water in the building for one night. The next day, throw the water outside the building (boundary of building, if it is having boundary) only then move the family into the building. It will shield you from any malefic effect of the vacant building or being the first occupant.
